Hi there

i am a second year Commerce student and am considering specializing in Psychology. I would like to know if neuropsychologists are trained with a medical background ( Med School ), like psychiatrists or if they are trained in the same departments as other psychologists.

I guess they are. Although you are opt to becoming a neuropsychologists but still you are dealing the human condition in which medical knowledge is a great help.
