KAISER PERMANENTE MEDICAL CENTER, SACRAMENTO/ROSEVILLE CA: POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY.

The Department of Psychiatry announces two openings for postdoctoral clinical fellows for the 2011-12 year. The APPIC approved fellowship will begin September 1, 2011 and continue for one year. Our program provides advanced clinical training opportunities at Kaiser Roseville medical facility; both positions will provide services to adult outpatient clinics. Fellows will receive training in advanced psychological assessment, consultation, individual therapy, couples therapy, intake assessments, and group classes/therapy.

Opportunities for specialized training can be arranged depending on applicants needs. For example, specialized training might include neuropsychological assessment, DBT, substance abuse, complex trauma groups etc. The stipend for all positions will be approximately $39,000 plus medical benefits and two weeks vacation. The positions will be open until filled.

All applicants must have: 1) attended an APA accredited doctoral program 2) attended an APA internship and 3) completed all requirements for their doctoral degree prior to Sept. 1, 2011.
