There is a problem with the modern technology of the Internet, that any smooth conartist with a charismatic persona can organise a very Professional looking website and write up their own self promotional hype to tout their "Therapy" that is posing as "Cutting edge Neuropsychology"
I have found two such sites on the Internet.
One is a site called MJB SEMINARS.
The other is an offshoot set up by one of the staff of MJB SEMINARS and is called LIFE TORQUE.
Both are businesses founded and run by self confessed former drug addicts.
MJB SEMINARS is founded and run by a man who claims to be a former drug addict, drug dealer, and has done time in prison.
despite having no known recognised Professional Qualifications in Quantum Science, or Neuro Psychology, or Physiotherapy, or Education, this man claims to be "educating" people.
He charges over $1,000 Aus for people to take a 48 hour Seminar that he claims will "change their life".
He also teaches BETA BALANCE which is supposed to "balance the two hemispheres of the brain"??? REALLY?
If the website Life Torque is investigated , there is a page where BETA BALANCE is "explained" and the claims are totally ludicrous.
Has anyone heard of humans having "air" in their joints?
Air that makes a popping sound as it escapes the joints when their limbs are being jerked hard during BETA BALANCE?
On this same page explaining BETA BALANCE there is a claim that the person has spent 7 years studying Cutting Edge Neural Psychology at MJB SEMINARS.
With all the hocus pocus on the Internet that links Quantum Science with other bogus health scams and spiritual guidance scams, I find it disgusting that now there are businesses milking the public and claiming falsely to be using Cutting Edge Neural Psychology on their clients.
Those people who go to University and study hard for years to learn their skills in Psychiatry and Psychology, Medicine and Physiotherapy deserve to have their job description protected by National REGISTRATION BOARDS that have the power to take quacks to task in the Courts for FALSE ADVERTISING and for FALSELY obtaining money by FRAUDULENT means from the unsuspecting public.
The Victorian State Government in Australia recently asked for submissions to the idea of having ALL so called "Health Therapists" REGISTERED Nationally, and made legally accountable for what they practice, and any harm they cause to their "patients".
I say it cannot come soon enough!

Amendments have been made to the marketing tactics of MJB Seminars.
Now, if a follower of MJB Seminar's leader (Mitch J Behan) takes along several new persons who have NOT been exposed to MJB's quackery, they get an opportunity to win a free trip to India with the Founder/Leader of MJB (who just happens to have his own Travel Agency that he encourages his followers to travel with).
Each new person you take along gives you one extra chance to be in the draw for the prize of a free trip with Mitch to India
The latest Seminars are being touted at $49.00 and are supposed to be a new lot of information to improve peoples lives, that Mitch Behan has compiled and is ready to share with his adoring fans..
Previously he always taught that people had to pay the $1000= fee for attending a seminar because if it was discounted or reduced they would not value what he was teaching them. |
