I have a few questions.

First question- do you do clinical psychology before you specialize in clinical neuropsychology or do you go directly into clinical neuropsychology?

Second question- all graduate schools that offer clinical psychology do they also offer clinical neuropsychology or are there much fewer clinical neuro graduate programs than clinical psych?

Third question- does anyone have a list of all the available graduate clinical neuropsychology programs? If they were ranked that would be preferred. If not would you happen to know what the best programs are?

Trying to figure this out now because my boyfriend is studying for his lsats school and trying at worst to end up in the same state, hopefully same school if both are good schools.

First question- do you do clinical psychology before you specialize in clinical neuropsychology or do you go directly into clinical neuropsychology? There are some clinical neuropsych programs, but most are clinical psych programs that have neuropsych subspeciality tracks.

Second question- all graduate schools that offer clinical psychology do they also offer clinical neuropsychology or are there much fewer clinical neuro graduate programs than clinical psych? No All or even most clinical psych tracks dont have neuro tracks.

Third question- does anyone have a list of all the available graduate clinical neuropsychology programs? If they were ranked that would be preferred. If not would you happen to know what the best programs are? There are lists of programs on this website, though they are not ranked. Dont know of a ranking - most people ask around.

Getting into a good clincial psych in one of the non PsyD schools can be more competitive than getting into law school. A good neuropsych program even more so.

Good luck,
