looking for opinions on framing recommendations for neurocog. findings of pilots (small engine)..if find possibly subtle residual deficits from previous TBI (scores psychometrically normal but may be relative decline), and it is not clear if there an obvious contraindication, do frame in what are considered the relative deficits and potential functional impact?

The testing involves face-to-face assessment of cognitive functioning, attention and concentration, processing speed, executive functions, and personality functioning. Computer-based assessment is often part of the assessment. In addition, the candidate will complete self-report behavioral inventories assessing psychological functioning.
