POSTDOCTORAL RESIDENCY IN REHABILITATION PSYCHOLOGY

The Psychology Department at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center is accepting applications from qualified Ph.D. and Psy.D. candidates from APA approved programs for the 2013-2014 academic year that begins September 1, 2013 and ends August 31, 2014. There is the potential for extending the residency to 2 years.
The training program includes major rotations in brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurostroke, pre-surgical epilepsy and diabetes surgical services. There is an opportunity to work with patients from childhood through older adult and receive training in neuropsychological assessment. Spanish language applicants will have an opportunity to work with 3 bilingual bicultural neuropsychologists. Of the 9 fulltime faculty, 3 are Board Certified in Rehabilitation Psychology.

There is one full time position that currently carries a stipend and health benefits.
