| I am hoping to one day be a clinical neuropsychologist and I will be applying to PhD programs in the next few months. I live in Portland, OR and unfortunately there are no programs in this area (none listed on the div40.org website). I was wondering if I would have a chance of getting a neuropsych internship (or just getting in to the field) if I went to a school that has clinical psych training but does not specialize in neuropsych. THere are a few of those programs around here (University of Oregon, Pacific U). Can anyone offer advice on this issue? |

| The University of Oregon is a great school. Just focus on neuroscience research and try to get an externship somewhere in neuropsychological assessment and you'll do great. |
