| I have heard conflicting information regarding playing music at night/all night. Are there any recent studies that lend either argument (good v. bad) more weight than the other? |

Admittedly I fell into a bad habit by falling asleep with general headphones on. On one hand they helped me sleep, but on the other hand: this method may not have been so healthy.
Luckily, I can have both now. http://www.Bedphones.com has made an amazing app that turns off the music for me. Also, the Bedphones are Headphones designed For Sleeping. This has greatly improved my sleeping patterns and rest. |
