My optimal career goal is to incorporate functional neuroimaging into a clinical neuropsychological practice centering my treatment of patients on: testing, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and if failure or refractory cases arise then incorporate functional neuroimaging to look at dysfunction and act as a liaison between neurosurgeons and psychiatrists to optimize treatment as needed ( e.g. if a refractory unipolar depressed patient is referred to myself and multiple treatment interventions utilizing individualized psychotherapy and concomitant neuropsychopharmacological interventions failed then functional assessment would be made via PET, fMRI, or other to assess disturbances and alter pharmcological treatment or refer to neurosurgeon for VNS, DBS, rTMS, or other options as needed).

If you could please help me to assess the feasibility of my plans and also provide me /c information as to a graduate track that would be appropriate I would greatly appreciate it.
