What are you thinking about Rey & Osterrieth?
In my opinion if someone wanted pretended to have neurocognitive deficits (or to fake?) will have no problem with simulateing during this task.

Have you conducted studies on stimulating neuropsych deficits? I have and certainly fakers can be detected.

that's why it's important to use multiple methods, not just the Rey. There are a lot of people with normal looking Reys who score extremely low because if silly errors.

The Rey can also be a complex task even for a "normal" person...
