Hi. its me again. in addition to my previous question, i would like to consult the group, with regards to the extent of possible neurological damage to the frontal lobe, affecting insight, motivation, and motor functioning, as well as receptive skills or the ability to express. The question relates to my current client who has had history of drug use, and is now taking a myriad of psych meds because she has anxiety and depression; however, she has poor motor movement, rigid body structure, shaky hands, bland/blank affect no facial reactions or expressions, she is only able to answer yes and no, and can not seem to speak longer than three words, takes time to respond, monotone, baritone kind of voice, no variety and emotion in tone; she walks one step at a time, like a robot, literally speaking;
there seems to be the lack of thrive to live - sleeps all the time, does not wish to move or live; wants to stay in bed; immobile; inactive; we do not know if it is born out of the depression or if she indeed can not move or act because of some neurological malfunction...or was it all the psych meds she has been taking or is it because of her prior drug use..

i would appreciate any assistance, resource material or website or research relating to this, or places in state of WA to send my client for an assessment.

please respond to this email address:

thank you very much.
