I am starting to be requested to do competency evaluations for geriatric patients as it relates to decision making ability to change POA etc. I am having difficulty finding a standard battery that is used although try to tailor testing to each patient without over or undertesting since many of these referrals seem to be a question of COA for the attorney.

Any feedback/comments would be appreciated. I am in a largely rural area with limited local resources.
