My son is 19 years of age and was diagnosed with a combination of dyslexia and dysgraphia in the 5th grade. After working long and hard, he is now enrolled in a flight training school here in Texas and is doing extremely well. He has soloed and is prepared to take his final flight exam. However, the Manager of the FAA Aerospace Medical Certification Division has requested an NPE before they will approve his flight worthiness. We've been given 30 days as of Aug 8 or he will be denied. If you know of a professional or organization who is capable of conducting an NPE in the Dallas, Waco, Austin area, please email me at:
