I use the KBNA in my clinical evaluations with various populations and am interested in developing an Effort Index (EI) and a cortical-subcortical index (CSI) similar to those developed for the RBANS--please contact me if you use the KBNA and have any interest in doing research with it. I supplement the KBNA with several other tests and am interested in sharing my thoughts on the KBNA with other KBNA users.
