My first and only degree is in Petroleum Engineering.
I have been working for 10 years in the engineering field, but I would like to go back to school to study Neuropsychology and/or cognitive neuroscience.
The ultimate objective is to have the ability to diagnose patients of neurological disorders and refer them to farmland.

What is the shortest time period am I looking at to acquire the above skills?
